Belarusian Steel Works plans to expand market

Last year, Belarusian Steel Works (BMZ) delivered around 140,000 tons of metal products to Africa, and it aimed to supply at least 200,000 tons by the end of 2024. In addition, the company also increased its supply to Russia, mainly focusing on construction, the automobile industry, mechanical engineering, and oil production.
Besides, BMZ also expanded efforts in the development of over 60 new products, catering mainly to the automotive industry. Notably, the company has significantly increased supply to a local market, replacing imports from Europe and Ukraine. As of March, BMZ’s monthly production reached 220,000 tons.
